How this site handles the details you share. Last updated October 14, 2026.

Who I am

Seymour Studio LLC is my one-person studio, so on this page โ€œIโ€ means me, Simon Verrill. Questions about your details go to hello@seymourstudio.xyz.

What I collect

  • What you type into the Start a Project form or the project brief: your name, email, company and your answers about the project.

  • The emails you send me, and anything attached to them.

  • If you book a call, the name, email and time you give Calendly.

This site never asks for payment details.

How I use it

To reply to you, to price and plan your project, and to do the work if we go ahead. I donโ€™t sell your details or share them for anyone elseโ€™s marketing, and I wonโ€™t sign you up to a newsletter.

Visit statistics

Framer, which hosts this site, counts visits without cookies and without keeping anything that identifies you. I see totals, like page views and which sites sent visitors here.

Cookies and your browser

This site doesnโ€™t set cookies of its own. Your browser keeps two things, and only if you use the forms:

  • Your project brief answers, saved on your device as you type so theyโ€™re still there if you close the tab. Theyโ€™re deleted when you send the brief and ignored after 30 days.

  • Your name, email and company from the Start a Project form, kept for that browser tab so you donโ€™t have to type them again on the brief.

On the page after the form, Calendlyโ€™s booking tool may set a short-lived security cookie of its own.

Who else handles your details

  • Framer hosts the site and sends form answers to my inbox.

  • Google Workspace runs my email.

  • Calendly handles call bookings.

  • Bunny.net streams the siteโ€™s videos.

Each has its own privacy policy. Like any website, they see your IP address and browser type when they send you a page or a file, and so do the networks that deliver the siteโ€™s code and fonts.

How long I keep it

As long as I need it for your project and my business records. If we donโ€™t end up working together, you can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your choices

Email hello@seymourstudio.xyz to see what I hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Nothing on this site tracks you across other websites, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Changes

If this changes, Iโ€™ll update this page and the date at the top.
